3.2 Non-Custodial Nature
The Platform is non-custodial. We do not hold, store, or have access to your private keys or digital assets. You maintain full control and responsibility for your wallet and assets.
3.3 Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, protocols, and applications. We are not responsible for the operation, security, or performance of third-party services.
3.4 Platform Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.
4. Fees and Calculations
4.1 Platform Fees
Use of the Platform may be subject to fees as disclosed on the Platform or in related documentation. All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4.2 Blockchain Network Fees
Transactions on blockchain networks require payment of network fees (gas fees) to validators. These fees are determined by network conditions and are paid directly to the blockchain network, not to Zoa.
4.3 Fee Calculations
Fee calculations are performed automatically and displayed prior to transaction confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all fees before proceeding with transactions.
4.4 No Refunds
All fees paid are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
5. Records
5.1 Transaction Records
All transactions conducted through the Platform are recorded on the relevant blockchain network. Blockchain records are public, permanent, and immutable.
5.2 Platform Records
We may maintain records of your interactions with the Platform for operational, compliance, and support purposes. Our records are considered authoritative for purposes of resolving disputes.
5.3 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining your own records of transactions and account activity. We recommend regularly reviewing and backing up your transaction history.
6. Accessing the Zoa.Fun Platform
6.1 Wallet Connection
To access certain features of the Platform, you must connect a compatible digital wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, including safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases.
6.2 Security Responsibility
CRITICAL: Never share your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords with anyone, including Zoa support staff. We will never ask for this information.
6.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
6.4 Platform Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.5 Prohibited Activities

WARNING: Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. We cannot cancel, reverse, or modify transactions after they have been broadcast to the network.
7.3 Transaction Failures
Transactions may fail due to various reasons including insufficient funds, network congestion, smart contract errors, or technical issues. Failed transactions may still incur network fees.
7.4 Transaction Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details before confirmation. Verify recipient addresses, amounts, and other parameters carefully, as errors cannot be corrected after submission.
7.5 Network Delays
Transaction processing times depend on blockchain network conditions and are outside our control. Delays may occur during periods of high network activity.

Instructions submitted through the Platform are executed in accordance with the parameters you specify. We act only as a technology interface and do not provide advice regarding transaction suitability.
